‍When and where do I collect my costume?

‍

‍Your Costume Package will be available for pickup at our official band house in Saint Lucia from July 16th – July 20th, 2025. Closer to the date, we will provide more details regarding the costume collection process. You will receive an email with all the necessary information, including pickup times, location details, and any additional instructions to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience.

‍What if my costume doesn’t fit properly?

‍
If your costume needs minor adjustments, don’t worry! We offer a Complimentary Nip & Tuck Service at our Costume Collection Hub during pickup. Our team will be available to make small alterations on-site to ensure your costume fits you perfectly. Our goal is to make sure you look and feel your best for the road!

Can I get a refund if I can’t participate?

Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.However, if you’ve made additional payments and cannot attend, you may roll over those funds as band credit for a future season due to the custom nature of our costume designs.

What is the Xuvo Carnival Road Experience?

Xuvo Carnival’s Road Experience is a thrilling, high-energy two-day parade on July 21 & 22, 2025. Expect premium drinks, gourmet meals, electrifying performances by local and international DJs, live band entertainment, top-tier security, medical assistance, and access to air-conditioned comfort zones.
As a full-costume band, Xuvo invites you to embody the 2025 theme, “Isle of Angels,” and bring your angelic persona to life, transforming the streets of Castries into a celestial spectacle.

Monday – Full Costume Portrayal Day
Step out in your full costume, complete with all the glitz and glam! If your costume includes a feathered backpack, be sure to wear it when crossing the stage for the full experience.

Tuesday – Mas on the Move Day
On this day, all revellers must wear the Complimentary Tuesday Xuvo Exclusive Bodysuit, which will be automatically included in your package. This is mandatory to ensure uniformity within the band and serves as a key security and safety measure. Rest assured, our Extraction Team and Security Detail will be in full effect to protect our masqueraders.
